While the interest has arguably always been there, regulation & restrictions, manufacturing limitations & cost have also have remained the enduring obstacles, well until recently somewhat. Half the states permit either collection and/ or carry of the most polarizing icon of hand to hand fisticuffs.

Now, OO embraces the challenge of embodying both a 2 finger ring & a quad ring; both adornment & function. The forms that OO predominantly resides will be 90% adornment, 1% intimidation & 9% other. These proportions change based on accessory pieces and use. Conversion execution, lack of mass, & moving parts create tolerable limitations for the expectation of true daily everywhere carry.
